M.Sc. (Food/ Biological Sciences)
3 – 5 years of relative experience in Food Safety/Quality Assurance, preferably in a Food Industry.


  1. Develop & maintain Quality & Food Safety Management System at Plant.
  2. Supervision of Microbiological laboratory for system compliance and food safety.
  3. Monitoring of Quality Control (in-process monitoring, veterinary section till final product dispatch) compliance at Plant.
  4. Implementation of BRC & Halal standards.
  5. Coordination with Food Safety Team, to assure HACCP is carried out as and when required, accordingly documentation/ records updated.
  6. Coordination and preparation of Customer/ Foreign Food Regulatory Bodies Audits.
  7. Development Halal/ Food Safety and Hygiene Training Programs.
  8. Maintenance and control of Halal/ FSQMS Documents and monitoring its compliance.
  9. Administration and compliance of Internal Audits Schedule, follow-up for their reporting and closing of findings.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of QA, HACCP, Halal & FSMS Standards.

Well versed with MS Office.
